Join in at
the Red Lion
This
section is all about how you can get involved with what
we do at the Red Lion!! From pool teams (both winter &
summer leagues) through to golf days and quiz nights if
you've got an active mind or body then we think you'll
fit in just fine with us.
Every Sunday night,
Andrew Wilson runs the Red Lion quiz. with a mixed bag
of questions there's something for everyone. We have a
weekly snowball (which rolls over if nobody wins) and a
cash prize every week. It's all done with a good time in
mind for everyone so come along and see for yourself.
Our pool teams are
newly formed and we're always interested in new players.
If you would like to take part then either contact us
through the website, pop in and see us or telephone
(01737 778633). Matches are usually played on a Thursday
evening.

Our golf society is
so new they haven't even been out on their first game
yet so anyone who enjoys a round of golf (in the fun
sense - handicaps are mixed so you won't feel left
out!!) let us know and we'll be happy to provide further
details.
If that lot doesn’t
wear you out then we are starting a
football team (5 a side - league starts Wednesday 5th
September). If you are interested then let Dave
know!!
